Error Codes:
- 11800: Appears when an error occurs before saving is complete or for unknown reasons.
- 11801: Memory-related error.
- 11807, 3305: Insufficient device storage. Check [Settings] > [General] > [iPhone Storage], delete apps, or free up space in Photos.
- 11821: Issue with the video file. Reload or save without edits, then retry.
- 11841: Multiple clip timing error. Remove speed curves or transitions, save, and reapply effects.
- 11847: Occurs when leaving the VDIT app or switching to another. Stay on screen until saving finishes.
- 11880: Unknown error.
Issue occurs when importing specific video files
- Errors may happen if the VDIT app or iOS isn't updated, so ensure you have the latest versions installed. VDIT is regularly updated for optimal performance with the latest iOS.
- The original video file could also cause errors, especially if recorded on non-iPhone/iPad devices. Videos from CCTV, dash cams, or other devices may have unique FPS values. In such cases, import the video into VDIT without edits and save it as-is. This often converts the FPS to a standard value, allowing further editing after reloading.
