How to Use More TTS Voices

💡If you'd like to access more TTS (Text-to-Speech) voice options in VDIT, you can easily enable them by adjusting your iPhone's accessibility settings. Just follow the steps below.

1. Open the [Settings] app on your iPhone, then tap [Accessibility].
   
   
   
   

2. Tap [Spoken Content].
   
   
   
   

3. Tap [Voices].
   
   
   
   

4. Select [English > Voices].
   
   
   
   

5. Download the voice you want to use.

   
   
   
   

6. Open the TTS menu in VDIT and you’ll find the new voice available.
   
   
   
   

7. If you want to edit the voice list, tap [Edit] on the top right corner of the screen.
   
   

🪄 Why Do I Only See One Voice Even If I Downloaded Multiple Versions?

• If you've downloaded the same voice in different qualities (e.g. Default, Enhanced, Premium), iOS will automatically show only the highest quality version.
  
  
  
  

• For example, even if you downloaded all three versions of the "Ava" voice, VDIT will only display "Ava(Premium)" as the available option.
  
  

🪄 Siri Voices Are Not Supported

• Unfortunately, Siri voices are not currently supported in VDIT. We will keep you updated if this changes in future updates.
