I can't save the file

An error message appears

• 11800: It appears when error occurs before saving is complete or for unknown reasons.
• 11801: It appears when error occurs due to a memory issue. 
• 11807, 3305: It appears when the device storage is insufficient. Please check [Settings] > [General] > [iPhone Storage] on your device, delete unnecessary apps, or organize your Photos app to free up enough storage space.
• 11821: It appears when the video file used for editing has any issue. Try reloading the video file you used, saving it without any additional edits, and then reloading it for further editing. 
• 11841: It appears when you calculate the time of multiple clips. Try removing all applied speed curves or transition effects and then save. If it saves without any issues after removing the effects, you can then re-add the effects you removed and continue editing.
• 11847: It appears when you exit the VDIT app or switch to another app. Please do not leave the screen until saving is complete. 
• 11880: It appears when an error occurs for an unknown reason.

Issue only occurs when importing specific video files

• Errors may occur if you are not using the latest version of VDIT or iOS. Please ensure that you have the latest updates installed. VDIT is regularly updated for optimal performance with the latest iOS versions. 
• The error might also occur due to the original video file. Editing videos filmed by different devices other than iPhone or iPad with VDIT can sometimes result in errors. 
  • If the video was recorded using CCTV, a dash cam, or any other device, it may occasionally have its own unique FPS (Frames Per Second) value. In such cases, try importing the original video file into the VDIT app without making any edits and simply save it as it is.
  • When saving a video by VDIT without any additional edits, the original FPS value of the video is often converted to a standard FPS value, making it editable within the VDIT app. After the video is saved, try reloading it into the VDIT app for further editing.
