How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, tap the Link to manage subscriptions. You can also cancel your subscription by following the instruction below. 

📍 If the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be automatically renewed. After the subscription renewal, refunds are not possible. Therefore, please make sure to cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends, if you no longer wish to continue the subscription.

How To Cancel Subscriptions

1. Open the App Store app > Go to Personal account > Tap Subscriptions or Manage Subscriptions.

2. Tap VDIT subscription. Then, tap Cancel Subscription. If you do not see the subscription cancellation button, your subscription has already been canceled. When the subscription is canceled, it will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

Even if you delete the app, you will still be charged the subscription fee, if you do not cancel the  subscription. To avoid being charged, please make sure to cancel your subscription in advance.
