If you have been charged despite being on a free trial, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Subscription Type: The free trial for VDIT is available only for the annual subscription. Monthly and weekly subscriptions do not include a free trial and are charged immediately upon confirmation.
- Previous Use: The VDIT free trial is available only once per user account. If you have previously activated a free trial using the same account, subsequent activations will automatically start a paid subscription.
- Automatic Renewal: After the free trial period, the subscription automatically renews into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
