If the screen freezes or saving is not completed after tapping the save button, please check the following items one by one.
Check TTS usage: If you used the TTS (Text To Speech) feature, please check your network connection during export.
Check network connection: Ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable.
Check device storage: For stable saving, you need free storage space 2-3 times the size of the final video file. Check iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Try deleting unnecessary apps/media or go to VDIT Settings > Clear Cache.
If the problem persists: Please send us the project file using the "Export Project" feature. Providing your device model, iOS version, and VDIT version will greatly help us solve the problem.
