Can VDIT SoundEffect be used for commercial purposes?

The VDIT SoundEffect provided by VDIT can be used absent from any royalty concerns. However, it is not permissible to sell the sound effect from the VDIT SoundEffect or download the sound effect to use towards other purposes. The sound effect can be used only within videos created by VDIT.

The VDIT SoundEffect is not allowed to use for

• resale or redistribution
• saving or downloading of the sound-effect separately for other purposes
• broadcasting through TV or radio programs
• as theme songs for other commercial or vendable products
